Open Call For Media Literacy Educators And Lecturers!
Intro. The Educational Media Center “Lojoteka” is a unique project founded mutually by Vilnius Jesuit High School and Lithuanian Jesuit Province. Its main goals are to provide high quality cultural facilities for communities and to make media literacy, sciences, religion and overall educational processes both - interactive and ceaseless. Lojoteka is considered to be a modern media center that satisfies the combined informational needs of contemporary society and appeals to various individuals of different professions, education, ages.
Who are we looking for?
We are gathering the cultural community and opening our doors to media literacy educators and lecturers, who could offer unique media literacy educations and/or artistic group activities.
Conditions for the competition:
The competition is open to all media literacy educators and lecturers organizing educational and/or artistic group activities.
A free-form description of the activity is mandatory: How innovative is the education/artistic activity? What educations/artistic activities are planned to be implemented? What is the duration of the sessions, how many sessions there are? What technical conditions are required for the implementation of the education/artistic activity (lighting, audio, video equipment, etc.)? Application form is below.
Description of the target audience of the education/artistic activity.
CV of the educator/lecturer or leader of the initiative group (education, experience in educational/artistic projects, achievements).
Requirements:
The program must be original;
Contestants must have the copyright of the works used in the activities / education.
What do we offer?

The organizer of the activities can secure income by charging a fee for organized activities, but it is necessary to have Self-employment under an individual activity certificate.
Activities can only be organized during specific times:
From August 22 to June 20
From June 21 to August 20
Weekdays from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Weekdays from 10 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Applicants who best meet the requirements for the competitive selection will be notified in person and invited for an interview.
Ideas can be submitted until 2022 February 28 (23:59 LT time) by filling in the electronic participant form.

Open House Vilnius opens up the city spaces for the eighthtime and invites everyone to explore the unique architecture of Vilnius. Lojoteka will take part in the event and gladly welcomes every architecture lover on 28th–29th of May. We invite you to take a stroll through our unique building, listen to interesting stories presented by our volunteer-guides and explore architecture of Lojoteka. During the open architecture weekend, more than 50 buildings of Vilnius that are usually completely or partially inaccessible to the public will be opened. The tours are free and open to all. Освітній медіа-центр “Лойотека” – це унікальний проект, започаткований спільно Вільнюською єзуїтською середньою школою та Литовською єзуїтською провінцією. Його головні цілі – забезпечити високоякісні культурні умови для громад та зробити медіаграмотність, науку, релігію та загальні освітні процеси інтерактивними та безперервними. “Лойотека” є сучасним медіа-центром, який задовольняє різноманітні інформаційні потреби сучасного суспільства та зацікавлює людей різного фаху, освіти, віку.
Кого ми шукаємо?
Ми запрошуємо культурну спільноту та відкриваємо двері для викладачів та лекторів із медіаграмотності, які можуть запропонувати унікальні медіаосвітні та/або мистецькі заходи.
Умови конкурсу:
У конкурсі можуть брати участь усі викладачі та лектори з медіаграмотності, які проводять освітні та/або мистецькі заходи.
Опис діяльності у довільній формі є обов’язковим: Наскільки інноваційними є освітні/мистецькі заходи? Які навчальні/мистецькі заходи планується реалізувати? Яка тривалість та кількість занять? Які технічні умови необхідні для організації навчальної/мистецької діяльності (освітлення, аудіо, відеообладнання тощо)? Посилання на форму заявки знаходиться нижче.

Вимоги:

Учасники конкурсу повинні мати авторські права на матеріали, що використовуються при проведенні заходів / занять.
Що ми пропонуємо?
Безкоштовний доступ до нашого аудіовізуального медіа-центру (студія звукозапису, відео/фотостудія, кінотеатр) та його обладнання. Детальніше про Центр:
Організатор заходів може отримувати дохід шляхом стягнення плати за організовану діяльність, але для цього необхідно бути зареєстрованою фізичною особою-підприємцем і мати сертифікат індивідуальної діяльності.
Заходи можна проводити лише в будні дні з 17:00 до 19:00 (з 22 серпня по 20 червня); з 10:00. до 19:00 (з 21 червня по 20 серпня) та по суботах з 11.00 до 16.00 цілий рік.
Претенденти, які найкраще відповідають конкурсним вимогам, отримають особисті повідомлення та запрошення на інтерв’ю.
Пропозиції подаються до 30 травня 2022 року (23:59 за литовським часом) шляхом заповнення електронної форми учасника.
